We had a great time at the villaggio. The buffet meals were of good quality and there was plenty of food to choose from. The staff at the show in the evenings were amazing, particularly Pasquale and Jacobo, who had so much energy and really got the crowd involved. There were also plenty of activities to keep us entertained, such as horseback riding and sailing sports. The location of the villaggio was also convenient, with easy access to the beach and other amenities.

The check-in process was a bit disorganized and could have been more efficient. It was confusing to have to go to another place for a pre-check in and wait for my number to be called.
